Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation from us at info@fonlandlaser.com. If you have any requests regarding your order, please notify us as soon as possible before your items enter the processing stage.

Processing Time and Quality Control

Each laser machine undergoes strict quality control measures, including safe packaging and continuous testing, to ensure optimal laser performance. The processing time for a laser machine is typically 7-10 business days after order confirmation and payment, allowing us to maintain high performance standards and reliability.

Shipping

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

In most cases, packages will be delivered within the estimated delivery time. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight schedules, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

Sea Freight: 25-30 business days

Customs Duties

Currently, all products are shipped from our warehouse in China. Shipping may incur customs duties, which the buyer is responsible for in their respective country/region. Please check the import regulations of your country/region before placing an order. If you require specific customs documentation, please inform us at the time of purchase.

Shipped Orders

Please note: For tracking numbers, it may take a few days for them to be active on tracking websites. If tracking information is unavailable, please try again later. Rest assured that the estimated shipping times are valid regardless of tracking site updates.

For pre-sale products, once the customer confirms the expected product date, no cancellation will be accepted during the waiting period. For goods that have been shipped or are in production, if the customer strongly requests to cancel the order, he must pay compensation to Fonland (35% of the order payment).
