How to Clean CO2 Laser Lens？

1. Power Off: Ensure the laser system is turned off and unplugged for safety.
2. Gloves and Dust Removal: Wear powder-free gloves and use a lens blower to remove loose particles.
3. Cleaning Solution Application: Apply a few drops of lens-specific cleaning solution (e.g., acetone or isopropyl alcohol) to a lint-free lens tissue.
4. Gentle Wiping: Wipe from the center outward in a circular motion, avoiding excessive pressure.
5. Inspection: Examine the lens under appropriate lighting. Repeat if residue remains.

⚠️ Critical Tips:

Avoid: Household tissues, paper towels, or breath-based cleaning, which risk scratches or contamination.
Frequency: Clean after each use and every 10–20 hours of operation to prevent power loss and beam distortion.
