Warranty Policy

All laser machines purchased directly from fonlandlaser.com are covered by a two-year warranty. During this period, we are responsible for any machine malfunctions or damages not caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage. Purchases made through third-party platforms are not eligible for warranty services.


Return and Refund Policy

Return Period

Our return policy is valid for 30 days after the receipt of your order. This policy becomes effective once your order is completed. Refunds or exchanges requested after this period will not be accepted, except under special circumstances. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

Refund Conditions

  • Before Shipment:

    • If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it by emailing info@fonlandlaser.com. A full refund will be processed promptly. Please avoid submitting a formal refund request, as this may delay processing and incur bank fees deducted from your refund.

  • In Transit:

    • If your order is in transit, contact us immediately at info@fonlandlaser.com to intercept the package. A refund will be issued for the purchase price, minus any interception fees and additional customs charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • After Receipt:

    • Due to the high value of laser machines, returns without objective reasons are not accepted.

      • Unopened Package: Refund minus a 10% service fee. Buyer covers all return shipping costs.

      • Opened but Unused: Refund minus a 20% service fee. Buyer covers all return shipping costs.

      • Opened and Used (No Damage): Refund minus a 30% service fee if returned within 30 days with original packaging. Buyer covers all return shipping costs.

      • Damaged or Malfunctioning: Contact us with evidence for evaluation. Our technical team will assess the issue and provide a solution. We cover repair costs if it's our responsibility. Third-party repair costs are not covered.

  • Accessories:

    • Please confirm product details and specifications before purchase. Returns due to personal misunderstanding are not accepted.

      • Unopened within 30 Days: Refund minus a 15% service fee. Buyer covers return shipping.

      • Opened within 30 Days: Refund minus a 20% service fee. Buyer covers return shipping.

      • Damaged or Malfunctioning: Contact us for evaluation. We will assist with repairs or send a replacement if necessary.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Discounted items are non-refundable.

  • Pre-sale items cannot be canceled after 24 hours.

  • Products received for over 30 days or used over 50 times are not eligible for return.

  • Damaged or heavily worn items cannot be returned.

  • Separately purchased materials and filters (not bundled with machines) are non-returnable, except for quality issues.

Return Process

Email info@fonlandlaser.com to request the return address. Return shipping fees are non-refundable and are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to quality issues. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on location. Tracking information will be provided via email.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued in USD. Actual processing times depend on your payment provider. Contact your bank if the refund does not appear after processing.

Please contact us for returns and refunds instead of opening a dispute. Disputes may delay the refund process due to banking holds.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order and only apply to products purchased from fonlandlaser.com.

Eligible Exchange Conditions

  • Manufacturing defects, malfunctions, or missing parts confirmed by Fonland's technical team and deemed irreparable.

Exchange Terms

  • Within 7 Days of Receipt: Free exchange with shipping costs covered by Fonland.

  • 8-15 Days of Receipt: 15% service fee applies. Buyer covers return shipping.

  • 16-30 Days of Receipt: 20% service fee applies. Buyer covers return shipping.

  • If the exchange product costs more than the original, the price difference must be paid.

Non-Exchangeable Conditions

  • Products received for over 30 days.

  • Products purchased through third-party platforms.

  • Items missing original parts, accessories, or packaging.

  • Damages caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or storage.

  • Products altered by unauthorized personnel.

  • Damages from external events (fire, flood, etc.).

  • Failure to return products within 7 days after exchange approval.
