Terms and Conditions

User Accounts
For security purposes, each customer is permitted to create only one registered account by default. We reserve the right to suspend accounts attempting to create multiple registrations without prior notice.

According to customs regulations, customers must provide valid and accurate information. All recipient names, addresses, and payer names must be legitimate. In certain countries, recipients may need to provide their ID or passport for customs clearance or payment verification. Customers bear full responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided to Fonland. Fonland is not liable for any shipping, delivery, or customs clearance delays caused by incorrect information, and no compensation will be provided.

Fonland complies with all legal obligations and expects customers to do the same. As importers, customers are responsible for adhering to all laws and regulations of their country. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

Orders
Despite our best efforts to ensure accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing, errors may occur. In such cases, Fonland will not accept the order and will contact you for clarification and a corrected offer. Displayed information serves as an invitation, not a confirmed sales offer. A contract is confirmed upon the supply of goods.

Due to product popularity or supply limitations, Fonland may restrict purchase quantities and reserves the right to adjust quantities even after an order is placed.

Once an order is dispatched, third-party logistics handle shipping, and product ownership and all associated risks transfer to the buyer.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our Support Center at info@fonlandlaser.com. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Upon receipt, our Warranty and Return Policy applies.

Shipping and Delivery
Displayed shipping times indicate the estimated dispatch time from our facility. Fonland is not responsible for delays beyond our control but will assist to ensure a smooth shopping experience. 

Fonland informs customers about holiday-related shipping delays and encourages early ordering. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local regulations. Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Orders marked "Delivered" by shipping carriers are considered fulfilled, and Fonland holds no liability for non-receipt. Incorrect address submissions are the customer's responsibility, and Fonland cannot modify addresses post-shipment.

Returns and Exchanges (Money-Back Guarantee)
If unsatisfied, customers may return products within 30 days for a refund. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories. Customers must contact us at info@fonlandlaser.com for return authorization. Bulk/wholesale and custom orders are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items
Discounted or discontinued products are only eligible for repair, not refund or exchange.

Incorrect/Damaged Items
Contact us immediately at info@fonlandlaser.com for incorrect or damaged items. We strive to resolve issues promptly.

Product Descriptions
While we strive for accuracy, Fonland does not guarantee complete accuracy of product descriptions. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without notice. If significant product specifications change within seven days of delivery, orders may be canceled for a full refund.

Pricing
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Import duties and customs taxes are not included and are the customer's responsibility.

Newsletter subscriptions are pre-selected during registration. Please read our Privacy Policy.

Customer Conduct
Unacceptable behavior towards our customer service team, including abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language, will not be tolerated. Fonland reserves the right to refuse future orders without notice.

Complaint Escalation
For unresolved service issues, customers may submit formal complaints through our ticket system by contacting info@fonlandlaser.com. Responses are provided within 24 hours on business days.

Terms of Use
All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Fonland and protected by international copyright laws.

Applicable Law
These Terms of Service and any agreements for our services are governed by the laws of China.
